The folks of Flat Earth (highly recommended product line, by the way) are looking forward to producing a Belgian-inspired “Convention Ale.” The brew consists of malts from three different countries and several different kinds of yeast.

Additionally, Great Water Brewing (Saint Peter St., Saint Paul) is rolling out the “G.O.P.,” standing for “Golden Oat Pale.”
